What happens to the website if you switch later?
During the service, the domain stays under KodeS's management. Upon cancellation, it can be transferred to the customer's name on request, with the customer covering the transfer costs.
Upon cancellation, we hand over the website's complete files and database on request.
The source code is included as part of the handover package.
The site can be moved to another hosting provider. Setting up and operating the new hosting afterwards is the responsibility of the customer or the new provider.
If you cancel the service, on request we hand over the website's files, source code and database, and provide the option to transfer the domain. The exact notice period, file handover deadline and any migration fee are always agreed in advance.
